Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders are prepared and packed at our US fulfillment center in 2–5 business days, then shipped with USPS. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after shipping (USPS Priority express: 1–3 business days). You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Accessories like our protein shaker are made to order and ship separately, so they may arrive in a different package.

Returns

Our products are consumable health products, so we can't accept returns or exchanges of supplements or protein powders for change of mind, whether opened or unopened.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

Email contact@goallfit.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund.

Package didn't arrive?

Contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund once it's confirmed lost.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address provided at checkout, or left unclaimed, aren't eligible for a free reshipment.
